I strongly suggest anyone traveling in Balkan’s region to visit Belgrade. Restaurants there are absolutely the best I’ve been to if you like meat. This actually one of very few locations I make a 2000km roundtrip just to eat there and come back.
Edit: actually while I am at it I will mention two my favorite restaurants, one is Nacionalna Klasa and the other is Durmitor. The former is by the river bank with live music, excellent service and food quality in both.
