    That is just the number for older retired recipients when you take into account all others who have been unable to pay it will not just be social security recipients it will be all others as well so long as they have jobs. That means millions, but the worst impacted will the SSC recipients and the disabled. They need each penny they get. This will certainly have an impact on the economy.
