Ukraine’s SBU spent over 18 months planning the massive “Web” operation that struck 41 Russian strategic aircraft today.
President Zelensky personally oversaw the mission, with SBU chief Vasyl Maliuk leading execution.
Sources say the complex logistics involved smuggling FPV drones and mobile wooden cabins into Russia. The drones were hidden under remote-controlled roofs on trucks. When triggered, the roofs opened and kamikaze drones launched toward Russian bombers.
SBU insiders stress that all operatives involved are already safely back in Ukraine. Any arrests by Russian authorities will likely be staged for domestic propaganda.

This will be written about in books
Fuck this is so cool, Also something western militaries should be really worried about
Ive just stood up off my chair, took my hat off and started a slow clap with a tear in my eye…
Very clever. Well done to all involved.
I’ve been waiting three years for this. Finally, after they were used in the genocidal annihilation of Mariupol, Russia’s fleet of strategic bombers has been weakened
In several videos showing the truck, you can see the roof panels on the ground. They must blow off.
Masterful
>June 1 is **Military Transport Day in Russia aviation** – a professional holiday for those who ensure the strategic mobility of the Armed Forces. It is worth noting that, as in most cases, the date was not chosen by chance: it was on this day in 1931 that the first transport aviation unit was created as part of the Leningrad Military District.
This day was carefully chosen, this sends a wild message.
They used non-military (looking) truck transport, to take out their military aircraft.
Edit:
1st of June:
* Military Transport Day in Russia aviation since 1931
* Children’s day in Ukraine
* The day that Ukraine gave up their nuclear weapons to Russia in 1996
Wait i see 6 containers, however there have only been 4 locations hit as of yet
More to be coming?
Edit: with 2 containers seen on one of the trucks and just now a moscow airbase and sub base attacked this makes 7+ containers total
They’re arranged so compact, makes me think even the drivers had no idea. Almost like they just picked up cargo as normal and delivered it to a site, as normal.
That said, the driver in Olenya is dead so who even knows. Would be surprised if he was just an unfortunate civilian the vatniks used for propaganda purposes.
Group that executed this idea should get a medal.
Quote from Russian milblogger Rybar
“At the moment, there is a large-scale attack on Russian strategic aviation airfields in the Murmansk and Irkutsk regions, which has already resulted in the loss of several Tu-95MS – the video is available in open sources.
The attack was carried out by FPV drones, which were launched from trucks that arrived at the facilities. Control was carried out through repeaters installed there via satellite communications.
As we have already said, the Tu-95 and Tu-22 strategic aviation aircraft have long been out of production, and there is nothing to restore them with. Accordingly, these losses cannot be restored.
This is, without understatement, a very serious damage to the strategic component, caused by both serious miscalculations in the work of the special services and a careless attitude towards aircraft, which even after all the attacks stood in the open field without shelters.
Let’s recall the old question: is it really more expensive to build a shelter than a new aircraft that has long been out of production? The sad answer can be found out right now.”
Absolutely incredible
That is a quick reaction, wow. Seeing this was largely done remotely is crazy. Congratulations to Ukraine.
damnit, so many demilitarization highlights today! i’m counting four airports, a harbour and three railway lines so far
Success. The person in charge of this should be given a metal.
Western allies scrambling to hear how they did it!
A wonderful example of asymmetric warfare…kudos to Ukraine!
This is outstanding. Amazing work. This is the stuff of legends.
Absolutely fucking beautiful 👏👏👏👏👏
Trojan Horse operation
How can you not love the Ukrainians? Amazing. More of this please x
Lachen:
The special operation “Pavutina,” during which the SBU destroyed 41 Russian strategic aircraft, was prepared for over a year and a half.
According to our sources, this operation was extremely complex from a logistical standpoint. The SBU first transported FPV drones to Russia, followed by mobile wooden huts. Later, on Russian territory, the drones were hidden under the roofs of the huts, which had already been placed on trucks. At the right moment, the roofs of the huts were opened remotely and the drones took off to strike Russian bombers.
We have unique photos showing how the drones were prepared to attack the military airfields.
Sources within the SBU emphasize that the people who participated in this historic special operation have long been in Ukraine. Thus, if Putin’s regime carries out a spectacular arrest, it will be another staged event intended for the Russian public.
The drones that attacked the airfields were controlled by artificial intelligence that had been trained to recognize and attack strategic bombers.
This all probably costs next to nothing compared to the price of aircraft
That’s how you do a special military operation
The future is now and the future is terrifying. At this point the Russians will have to stop every truck, every one, miles from any important location to search it. Imagine you’re expecting ammo for your tank company and here comes the truck bouncing up the road, until it stops and now you’ve got thirty FPV drones that wipe your company out. It’s not just about the damage, like the HIMARS ammo strikes back in the day. It’s about the damage and the resultant sand on the gears.
