1. Moronic. The guy doing this was insane and I’m glad police were able to get him before he did more harm. Hope the people injured do not suffer anything life changing.

2. 2nd Palestinian terror attack in the US in the last two weeks. Wonder if the people who wanted a “Globalized Intifada” will feel any remorse for the children burned alive today

3. Hamas terrorists were hiding inside the protest, so it was legitimate to harm the pro Israeli civilians around as collateral damage

4. **This is what ‘globalize the intifada’ means.**

   If you have been chanting ‘globalize the intifada’, this is what you are calling for, whether you realize it or not.

   One of the primary stated goals of Hamas to is kill as many Jews as possible globally. This is who you are aligning yourself with.

   I say this as someone who does on the ground solidarity work with Palestinians in the West Bank. You can and should support the Palestinian cause without supporting Hamas.

   ETA: Before anyone claims that intifada just means ‘resistance’, look up the various bombings of civilian busses, coffee shops, pizza restaurants, etc. that took place during the 1st and 2nd intifadas.

   ETA2: Guys can we focus on the whole ‘explicitly pro-Palstinian guy tried to set a bunch of Jews on fire’ aspect? Kahanists existing doesn’t make setting a bunch of Jews on fire less bad.

   ETA3: Deleting my below comments because this somehow turned into testing my personal moral purity and putting words in my mouth rather than, yknow, the whole ‘calling for global violence against Jews is bad’ thing.

The way the dude was dressed and how he looked, it seems to me to be an equal chance that he was a violent pro-Palestinian guy as he was just mentally deranged and just committed violence for violence’s sake. I guess these two aren’t mutually exclusive from each other, but this seems less likely to be politically motivated as the shootings of two Israeli embassy staff a little bit ago.

   Edit: ok yeah. Seems clearly connected to the pro-Palestine movement. Saw a video on X that shows him yelling “free Palestine” prior to the attack.

6. I think it’s pretty dishonest to frame this attack as an “attack on a Jewish community” as opposed to an attack on a pro-Israel demonstration, as if the motivation was antisemitism

7. Remember kids, it’s not terrorism if pro Israel protesters attack pro Palestinian protesters with explosives, but it is terrorism if it goes the other way.

8. Until the world comes together to put an end to Israel’s mass slaughter, I have zero space left for anyone else caught in the crossfire. Idc if it takes marches, donations or incendiary devices at this point. Let Gaza live. Israel is demonic.

9. This is what happens when you lie about genocide, 14,000 dead babies, hundreds of thousands of dead civilians, etc. A shooting in DC a few weeks ago and now this.

   And just to be clear: targeting Jews in the US over the actions of the Israeli government is antisemitism.
