This really isn’t as big a deal as the world makes it seem. Why would any nation share its attack/defensive plans with another nation that isn’t actively fighting in the war on their side? Sure the US is an ally of Ukraine, yes it is providing tons of aid, weapons and support. That doesn’t mean the US needs to be informed of anything Ukraine does or is planning to do that isn’t covered under a weapons stipulation for acceptable use. The US is not running the Ukraine military or war, I’ll bet Ukraine didn’t share the plan with any government.
