BBQ'ing is a big hobby of mine, I love to cook it and I love to eat it.
This was my first attempt at a full platter American style tray, it took a lot of time and effort but the results were incredible and some of my finest BBQ yet 😁

It consisted of:
St Louis Ribs
Pulled Pork
Beef Cheek Burnt Ends
Brisquetta (mini brisket)
Paprika Sausage
Chicken Wings
Mac and Cheese
Mexican Style Street Corn
Pit Beans
Pickled Cucumber and Red Onions

  1. Can you expand on what the mini brisket is? Is it just like eg a piece of rolled brisket?

  2. Hey it’s me, your spouse. Can you DM me our address please? I hit my head and have selective amnesia

  3. Looks nice but I just want half cooked chicken and a warm prawn ring

  4. This looks so good! I wanna see some honey cornbread on here!

  5. This looks amazing!Just looks like the kinda thing you see on r/bbq

  6. Looks great! Are pit beans just a different naming convention compared to US BBQ baked beans, or are they prepared differently as well?

  7. This looks absolutely delicious but it has absolutely no place here. Burnt sausages in white rolls are what we do. Onions on top if we’re pushing the boat out. None of this fancy delicious foreign muck.

  8. This is the first time I’ve seen a British person actually use the spices they once conquered so much land for on their food

Nah but seriously as an American, that shit looks great. Amazing job 👌

  9. What % of a meal has to be prepared on a BBQ for the meal to be a BBQ?

  10. Absolutely wonderfull! Looks like something my grandpa would have made back in Texas.

  11. As an American, that looks perfect, man. Very nice

  12. It’s not often these days I feel proud to be an American. But today, in this moment, I love my country. Thank you, OP.

  13. I’d devour all that instantly. It looks so good

  14. I would argue that ISN’T a British BBQ. That’s an attempt at an American BBQ.

  15. Where’s the Aberdeen Angus burger with the dimensions of a tuna tin mulched into a floury bun twice its size?
