I have a Vespa and would like to drive on it and bring my keyboard with it. The case is around 135 cm in lenght. Would this be leg to drive with on my back or would i run into complications with the police?

I think height isn’t as much of an issue as is width. I regularly drive scooters and motorbikes, and I wouldn’t even think twice about transporting that. Just go for it
Are you sure you wouldnt fall of the bike with it in a curve?
Just. Do. It.
There’s no law that forbids transporting this, its not like its standing out left and right, which would indeed be a problem.
But height (specially this low height) is definitely no issue, just do it 🙂
I’d be surprised if you’d get a defintive answer here ( there might not even be a definitive answer to this) , seeing as this is a pretty specific question. But I’d like to direct you to the sub r/stvo .
If you’re lucky, you’ll encounter someone who knows the law concerning this there. (Please note that r/stvo is mostly focused on german law. So be sure to mention that you want to drive through austria. )
Why not? there is no law against carrying a backpack while riding.
Where did you get your masters degree in paint or were just born with this wizardry?
Better question is, can you maintain stability in a turn with that on your back

Nothing compared to the huge plant recently. Thought a palmtree was driving the Vespa in front of me 😀
I doubt that it would be allowed. It would have to be strapped to the Vespa in a way that it won’t move and also doesn’t affect the driver. I see no way that this would be possible. https://www.ris.bka.gv.at/eli/bgbl/1967/267/P101/NOR40251909
Allowed in my opinion
Just say you deliver baguettes for Lieferamjam and you’re good. No really, that’s just a backpack.
