  7. It happened near me. They applied for retrospective planning and got it without question, and now they’ve expanded the site even more. The hard standing areas are made up of waste from building jobs they do, so rubble, scrap, plastic… what isn’t used to park caravans on is burnt on bonfires. They did exactly the same thing and started work on a bank holiday weekend when no council officials were working.

    I would say any kind of “protection” they have as Travellers is lost the moment you start building walls.

    Burn the fences down, seize what little assets they have to pay for repairs to the land they spoil, and then give them a bus pass to fuck off
