But not having badges, wearing masks, ignoring court orders, invading courtrooms and repealing legal residency/visas, setting up 3rd country concentration camps and denying due process has nothing to do with it.
SMH
So bring him back?
It’s not an administrative error.
They do this crap frequently.
Due process would help clear up all the administrative errors
So who gets sacked for the error or do they keep making these errors and get away with it. It’s peoples lives we are talking about here and these guys derive joy from playing with it
Each person in the trump administration should personally suffer from one of those administrative errors before his administration is allowed to have more. You know, experience to prevent these things from happening again.
It’s administrative errors all the way up
…again…?!
Sounds like the reprehensibly inept work of criminally negligent and incompetent employees.
“Oops we’re accidentally kidnapping the wrong people” isn’t exactly the excuse that the Trump administration thinks it is.
Fascists be fascists.
“Errors”
At this point they have the power to deport anyone and pretend they have no way of getting them back.
Yes, no matter what they claim, they did in fact violate the court order. It’s that simple.
which is the furthest thing from an acceptable answer.
So the “administration” is blaming the administration for it, Yet they’re the ones supposed to be doing that administration….
So their reaction was basically “ Woopsie” and no corrective measure?
How many “administrative errors” is it this time?
Let’s fire up the photoshop to make some new evidence!
Why does it take an army of 8+ unidentified, masked ICE agents to bring in one person and why are they so inept at it? Why are they using Health and Human Services people as a cover? This feels like fraud, waste and abuse of government resources by a bunch of hypocritical cowards who want to earn a $40K bonus.
Trump regime is a walking administrative error.
Cannot name 5 things this admin has done right
Kilmar Abrego Garcia part 2. Once is a mistake. Twice is a pattern.
Let me translate this, “it’s an administrative error and we’re more than happy with the results.”

“Trump administration blames administration”
Does it really qualify as a “mistake” if you were never making an effort to do things correctly in the first place?
So they’re going to rectify the error and take steps to ensure it never happens again right?
Like follow the fucking law?
A lot of administrating errors during this administration
It’s almost like laying off a fuckton of govt employees made the government work less efficiently.
The error was electing a criminal to office.
You know….why we need due process. These errors are unacceptable in a democracy
Administration error more like.
Judges need to start handing obstruction charges to anyone who pulls this shit. This is blatant ILLEGAL behavior that is going unpunished
“Oh well.” – The United States of America
They were looking for a man named “Tuttle” but got him mixed up with a man named Buttle. Normal error really, everyone’s human…
This whole administration is an error.
it’s almost like due process exist for a reason.
If only there were some sort of process that these suspects were due.
Administrative errors are caught when people appear before a judge *instead* of just being taken straight to the plane. Thats the *whole fucking point* of due process. To make sure you have the right person. To make sure they are infact an illegal. To make sure they deserve to be deported. Instead of treating your min wage gestapo as police/judge/jury/executor.
