I’ve had this hanging on my wall for years and didn’t know what it was, until today I did some research and discovered that it is a German portepee a decoration used on swords and daggers. Obviously my grandfather brought it back from the war. Now that I know what it is I want to know what rank it was for
This particular one is green and silver does anyone have any ideas?
