We discussed diplomatic efforts aimed at achieving peace in Ukraine and across Europe, the meeting in Istanbul, and the need to strengthen sanctions against Russia to prevent Moscow from expanding its military production and continuing the war. Particular attention was given to the upcoming NATO Summit in The Hague.

I thank Nicușor Dan for assuring that Ukraine can count on continued support from Romania, backing for Ukraine’s EU and NATO membership, and confirmation of the President’s personal participation in the Ukraine – Southeast Europe Summit to be held in Odesa.”

  12. Nu cred ca il interesa atat de mult pe Zele sa il felicite pe Nicusor cat sa se vada in mass-media ca Romania inca e cu Ucraina. Gen ii rasuceste cutitul in spate lui Vlady. Mai ales ca in Polonia apele sunt tulburi, cred ca a tinut sa ii faca in ciuda adversarului.
