Having already led three of the five Desjardins business units, Dubois has a wealth of experience in how the firm’s wide-ranging financial services offering operates and recently shared with WP how the whole industry needs to be tracking demographic change to find out where their own growth will come from.

Dubois says he is grateful for the backing of the board is appointing him as CEO and paid tribute to the FI’s team.
“The vision I have for Desjardins involves everyone in the organization focused on a sole aim: listening to and supporting our members and clients,” he said. “Each day, I’ll be working with a large team of skilled people who are committed to solidarity and determined to give Desjardins a renewed push forward.
