1. Jackson can come across as a bully and that would irritate me if I was a member of the jury. The defense needs to start pulling their socks up to prove their case. Hopefully it will get better.

And earlier she said she had no idea why they called her for a witness. She knew exactly what line of questioning would be coming from Jackson. This is the type of witness that gets one or two jurors to start thinking that a conspiracy could be possible because there are so many lies being told. It’s obvious to a reasonable person why she is lying, but not all jurors are reasonable.

4. Dog DNA tests around the sleeve punctures would be pretty definitive.

7. I feel bad for Marie Russell. I think she just really loves her field and wanted to help when reading what the CW theory was and she disagreed with that. Hank trying his best to make it look like she wants 15 minutes of fame.

17. 1:52:00 doesn’t the defense record their phone conversations? Why not ask Dever “ if there was a recording of our conversation that showed no threat of charging you with perjury was made, would you still stick with your outlandish claim?” What’s strange is how detailed her memory was when talking to the FBI.

    Wouldn’t there be a recording of our of her leaving the station at 3:45pm that day which would corroborate Dever’s claim?

19. This is absolutely killing me. I was attacked by a dog. The first thing you, or at least I did, was held my arms up in a defensive manner to protect my face. I think I crossed my arms my with my fist cusps. All of these wounds are CONSISTENT with mine. Why was the dog never retrieved. A dogs teeth pattern and claw pattern is exactly that of a human. NO TWO ARE ALIKE.

20. And are we forgetting the fact that the PROSECUTOR was in an accident where he swerved over a yellow line and critically injured 4 PEOPLE but was let off SCOTT FREE??????

The simplest explanation is the correct one. they were both drunk and she knocked him down with the vehicle and la la la la pimped away with reckless disregard like she didnt know it and her searches about how long it takes to die tell the real tale. she got lucky the police department like so many is lax and incompetent at collecting evidence which left the door open to silly conspiracy's.
