I made a takeaway order as per Pics, the result was the styrafoam container had melted. The staff said they would give a replacement but I don't think anyone should be exposed to this. I am in vaud, which department can I report?

  2. it probably just melted cause they were fresh – aka hot. be grateful you’re not getting old food 😅

  3. I don’t get it. There was some kind of mishap, they say they’ll replace it. And you want to report them to some kind of food police? I mean unless all their takeaway food looks like this, what steps do you expect to be taken by a department?
