Must have been a really weird vibe.
Considering what had happened in France and across europe I’m sure most of the spectators and soldiers of this parade were secretly expecting to surrender sooner rather than later, since the same germans were literally knocking on their front door.
Extreme Right vs Extreme Left, there is nothing to be gloryfied.
But i respect the normal man for defending his Country! (Even if most wer conscripts, so no choice)
