RIP. Thoughts with his loved ones here in Ireland.
Takes balls to go back and do what he did. Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.

Any idea where the fund raiser link is?
I was really hoping that we would not get news like this.
Sent to the East. I would’ve expected them to use the volunteers with no experience in the rear to secure supply lines or to guard other possible military targets.
RIP to him. He’d be happy to know they’re winning.
Brave man, rest in peace.
Brave man. Condolences to his Family
He was living here for 20 years, he was one of our own defending his own. RIP Oleksandr.
RIP
RIP Oleksandr. Two countries have lost a great man.
Brave man. Condolences to his family.
Very brave, RIP
RIP – his memory and sacrifice will be honoured.
A hero
What a brave hero, RIP.
I dread to think of how many brave Ukrainians have been lost in this war.
What a tragedy
RIP
Proud to know he walked amonst us .
Described in the article as a kind man and a father of two, he gave all his money to refugees going the other way. This sounds like a man who knew what he was going to.
May he rest in piece, this senseless invasion has taken too many.
“Nothing matters, Mary, when you’re free.”
Brave lad
RIP Oleksandr. He knew the risks but returned home to fight anyway. Some man 🙁
Rest in peace to a true patriot. Heartbreaking to read stories like this. Anyone have the link for donations its the least I can do.
Brave man. R.I.P.
It’s great to see people like that leaving everything behind and fighting to protect their land.
We should try to also have a similar sentiment to anyone non-European.
RIP, fair fucks to him, balls of steel.
Ah that is so sad. He was often in my thoughts after those moving pictures of him saying goodbye to his family were aired in the evening news. Sincere condolences to his family, truely awful times. May he RIP.
More man than me.
I wouldn’t do that for ireland.
RIP Oleksandr, a true hero and condolences to his loved ones.
Shit, he was my boss in Aldi, a real shame to lose people as good as him.
