guys i’m looking for help, a friend of mine was in a bus accident today while he was on his way to Netherlands. His name is Andres Felipe Rodriguez, he’s Colombian tattoo artist.

Did you try calling the number in the article? 0801/90.75.58
(if calling from outside Belgium you probably have to call +32 801 90 75 58)
I hope everything is alright. Do call the number that was mentioned in the article, or contact local police 00 32 210 40 00.
Fyi, you can use Skype to call internationally at a rather cheap rate.
