Shots fired at grocery store parking lot in Crescent City, suspect at large

Police have identified a suspect wanted for attempted murder after a shooting at a Safeway parking lot in Crescent City.

According to the Crescent City Police Department (CCPD), the shooting happened in the parking lot of Safeway, off M Street, on Wednesday night, May 28. They said the suspect, identified as Russell Walters, Jr., was last seen leaving the scene in a dark-colored Chevy Traverse with California license plate EP007.

  2. I see all those gun laws in California are really helping. Just like all the ones in Chicago. Criminals don't obey laws. They only restrict the law abiding citizens of their constitutional rights.
