Ngl, Turkeys stans in the Ukraine war is the best so far. From their neutrality they get benefits from both sides, by inviting the FMs of Ukraine and Russia in Antalya for Peace talks and not suctioning Russia.
Our FM is right, as a EU country with occupied territories ( especially this EU) we did not had any choice although i wish we could try to have a neutral stand too, cause personally I want a neutral Cyprus policy in general, guess time will tell.
Now, by hearing our FM “we need to stop people settling in Famagusta” I can not stop connecting the “just give us Famagusta and let’s make a two state solution” saying from Nikaros in 2017, then again I may be overthinking.
