Seen these on a popular shopping app. They cost about €30 or so. Just wondering if anyone has picked one up, and would you recommend it or avoid it?

Are you expecting winter on your torso and summer on your arms?
I personally have one, usually use it when it’s chilly outside but too warm for a full coat. Would wear a warm jumper or thick hoodie under it, always wear it when I’m gardening as it allows free movement of my arms but prevents wind on my back.

I think they look ridiculous
I hate these things and I see them everywhere. Someone please explain the purpose of a jacket without sleeves in Ireland.
It looks like the brand portwest. I bought a jacket. It fits very well and is very comfortable. But the heating stopped after wearing it 5 or 6 times. Portwest would do nothing to help. I went back to the Co op where I bought they gave me a new battery but that didn’t work. Told me to contact portwest. But Portwest would do nothing to help. Said if I had a problem take it up where I purchased the jacket. So if you do buy one I have two good batteries that are no good to me
Yes they are. I like to wear one walking up and down O’Connell Street with my hands in the pockets. I make eye contact with everyone so they know not to cross me when I wear it. Then after a long day of acting the big man, I hang it up on my coat rack and sit down in my slippers and watch Fair City with a nice cup of tea before I go to bed and wake up to do it all over again.
