I can’t imagine why in our languages it has totally different meaning. Wtf happened
Same with some stuff between Czech and Serbocroatian. Uzasny in Serbocroatian means “horrible” and in Czech “awesome.” You can imagine what sort of situation this gets you in with your in-laws if you try to communicate in Czech because it is “close enough.”
