  1. So poor, for anyone disabled to have this experience, and well done that this gets highlighted.

    This is such an great opportunity for mobile technology to make a difference for passengers with needs and organisations providing services to create a consistently good experience for those needing help and support when travelling.

  2. Heathrow airport’s service for passengers with disabilities is abysmal. I fly for a living, based in LHR, and it’s the only place that has such level of bad service. It’s not like this elsewhere in the UK, Europe, Asia, even airports like LOS do better.

  4. The airline has to call ahead to book the lift. If they don’t, some passengers can’t get off the plan and are transited to the next airport!

  5. This keeps happening to the same guy. You’d think Heathrow/BA/etc would have cottoned on, when the guy who keeps appearing on the six o clock news keeps complaining about disabled access.

    Just shows they don’t give a toss all round.
