Prince William and Prince Harry have not been on speaking terms since almost three years as the rift continues to grow.
Many reports suggested that while Prince Harry had been urging for a reconciliation but William is still angry at his brother for insulting the royal family so publicly.
However, as the future king took on a major role on Wednesday, he seemed to have indicated that the story is much different than portrayed in the headlines.
The Prince of Wales had travelled to 4 Regiment Army Air Corps at Wattisham after his father, King Charles, officially handed over the role of Colonel-in-Chief of the Army Air Corps to his son.
During the one interaction with the soldier, William asked, “Is the pace of life good at the moment?”
The soldier responded that it was “a mixed bag”. William then continued,
“Families okay? See you enough?”
He continued, “Some of them might not want to see you that much. It’s a mixed bag sometimes.”
The interaction came just weeks after Prince Harry shared in his bombshell BBC interview that he was open for reconciliation with his family.
The Duke of Sussex noted that there are some members of his royal family who would “never forgive” him, he was still willing to reconnect. The comment appeared to be a dig at his brother.
However, William’s latest comment appear to suggest that Harry maybe the one not willing to reconcile in the feud the Duke “might not want to see” his family.
