The “or hybrid” part makes that statement pretty meaningless.
Many hybrids are just regular petrol cars with the minimum electric power necessary to qualify for special tax advantages and just end up being used like regular petrol cars.

My work have just announced all future company cars (fleet of 300 cars) are going to be retired phased out an fully electric.
