Murdered actor Jonathan Joss ‘ husband speaks out after alleged killer freed on bond

    Looking at the 911 history…And the calls that were made by neighbors…Joss’ husband is certainly not sounding as credible that this was a totally unprovoked hate crime against Jonathan.

    Based on police reports, At BEST, they were both threatening each other with weapons and escalating harassment for years.

    Classic Reddit, also assuming the guy is out on bail “because he’s white and it’s Texas ”, when one of the repeat complaints was that Joss was harassing Alvarez with racial slurs, because Alvarez is Hispanic.

    We all know how much Texas cops/courts just LOVE Hispanic people and are historically kind to them.

    So…white hispanic homophobe vs. brown Native American racist.

    Does it work as a hate crime when they both were violent bigots towards each other, and there’s that kind of history?

    Look at this quote:

(Further details were not immediately available on the episode, or exactly who was involved, but Kern de Gonzales related an anecdote on Wednesday about once having driven their Hummer in circles in their yard while Joss threw knives at trees from the window.)

    Obviously Joss should not have been murdered but ngl **I might call the cops if people were driving a car in circles and throwing knives out the window especially if it’s anywhere near a sidewalk where other people may be running or children playing or cars driving by—I mean that was inconsiderate af of them to do.**

  5. I wish I didn’t have to know anything about any of this, it’s so irrelevant to anything i care about, I saw this guy in one thing maybe 12 years ago and that’s it. Why do I need to hear the depressing story about his drugged out public mental breakdowns? His husband is clearly out for attention in a very unhealthy way at this point and everybody taking the homophobia bait is crazy. It all seems like the worst aspects of our society pointed at our faces like a mirror. 

  6. Waaaayy too many people looking for an excuse for this to have happened. It was murder. He should be in prison and have that be that. There are rarely perfect victims, but that isn’t any excuse for murder.

  7. Kern de Gonzalez admits to driving a hummer in circles in the yard while Joss throws knives out the window…sounds like someone encouraged Joss’ mental breakdowns
