Nice of him to ask, but the Ukrainians have been very specific in what help they’ve asked for and he was against that. But maybe he knows better.

As other posters have pointed out this isn’t any sort of help to Ukraine at all even if it was implemented. Literally just fodder for headline readers on Facebook to say “See, look, THEY don’t want him to have a voice”.
Why don’t you post his other tweets on Ukraine OP where he is still making excuses for bot clapping?
