  1. They look pretty decent. How’s the gravy to go with them?

  2. Alright, give OP a passport. That was the citizenship test.

  3. Outstanding effort! Now make sure the gravy to go with it is nice and thick.

  4. Well, I’m giving those the North Yorkshire stamp of approval! You just need to get the other 3 Yorkshire stamps of approval, and you can consider yourself a Yorkshire Pudding Expert!

    (They are beautiful puds!)

  5. Blinding. Just like my Nan used to make… You’ve officially become one of us. Immediately head to the passport office for your papers and a gold medal for these beauties!

  6. With Yorkshire pudding it’s never about how it looks only tastes

  7. As someone who doesn’t live in the UK and has never had proper English Sunday roast – what does the Yorkshire pudding taste like? Is it like… bread? Just eaten with gravy?

  8. I’m english…. grew up livin on em.. but i discovered later in life… get a single serve mini muffin pan and make mini ones they come our perfect everytime!! Amazing things!

  9. I’d tuck into those pal, no dangers! Well done!!

  10. Those would get you a Yorkshire passport and I can think of no higher praise.

  11. It’s pancake mix(minus sugar) baked in fat in the oven.

  12. As someone who worked in a pub and was responsible for churning them out by the plastic tubload for the carvery,

Looks decent. Get them out. Any left over after the lunch service I’ll have with what I can pick off the turkey carcass and dip in the left over gravy

  13. Hey OP. Thanks for sharing. They look like a ***super*** solid first effort. Bravo – great stuff.

  14. For a first attempt that’s pretty much perfect, add some gravy and you’ve in heaven

  15. You can’t judge a pudding by its picture, as they say, unfortunately.
