Our right-wing fringe has had a long-standing hatred of Merkel. She was being cast as the Anti-Trump by big parts of both the national and international media during Trump’s reign. So for our nutjobs, Trump kind of became their saviour figure (together with Putin, for whom they already had a raging hard-on). Which made some of them very susceptible to the Q cult.
Severely disappointing sight
Yes. Q-Anon is massive here. There’s a subculture in German society which is very vulnerable to conspiracy believes. I’m not entirely sure why that is.
