The UK wants to introduce army ‘gap years’ to boost recruitment

4. I think the last time we had military gap years we ended up in charge of India.

5. Everyone grew up playing CoD and spent the last three years watching Russians getting blown up by drones.

   Who the fuck is going to sign up for the military?

8. For the likes of Tony Blair who loved a good war but rather it was other parents kids who did the fighting.

14. This has literally been a thing forever (well at least since the seventies), so fair play to the media team – shame it seems to have backfired.
