Best thing about learning Danish is when you realize the actual translation of words. I cackled for a week when I realized that ‘bh’ literally means ‘boobies holder’. 😂
That Ø sounds like uncle shrimp 🤣
Try adding an L behind the Ø
And Island in danish is Iceland in english.

Øøøøøøh… Hvordan siger man “Island” igen? Kan ikke huske ;P
Okay mister demon
Now try to translate “deserted island with stream” (removed a to get right wording in google translate)

Ø = Island
Å = River
Æ = It has no meaning, other then maybe “eh?” or something like that.
I dont blame anyone for almost going mental trying to learn Danish, it’s as bad as Polish. Polish is all psht, pasht and prrrsth or however you translate it lol.
I’ve given up on pronouncing them. My favourite thing is when I try to say høre and Danes go “what whore?!” 🙁
Haha, that’s not how island is pronounced.
I mean it’s the correct letter, but that sound is way off
