Meghan Markle and Prince Harry‘s Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s daughter, Princess Lilibet, just turned four — and a magical birthday celebration at Disneyland may have revealed her favorite Disney princess!
In a new Instagram video set to Peggy Lee’s “It’s a Good Day,” Meghan, 43, gave a peek into the family’s fun-filled outing to the California theme park. The sweet reel showed the Duchess of Sussex and Prince Harry exploring the park with their two kids, Prince Archie, 6, and Princess Lilibet, and one photo in particular had fans zooming in.
At the center of the birthday festivities was a whimsical, tiered cake topped with none other than Ariel from The Little Mermaid. With her bright red hair and under-the-sea setting — complete with Sebastian the crab — the cake seemed to nod to Lilibet’s own red locks and her love for the classic Disney mermaid.

Both of Prince Harry and Meghan’s children inherited the Duke of Sussex’s famous red hai — a trait he has said comes from his late mother Princess Diana‘s side of the family.
The Duke of Sussex, 40, shared his perspective on the connection while appearing on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert in 2023, where he shared how he sees his late mother in Archie and Lili.
When asked if he sees any family members in his children, Prince Harry said, “Definitely my mum. The ginger gene is a strong one!”
“The Spencer gene is very, very strong,” he explained, referencing Princess Diana’s side of the family. “I actually really, genuinely thought at the beginning of my relationship [with Meghan] that should this go the distance and we have kids that there’s no way the ginger gene will stand up to my wife’s genes, but I was wrong! Go gingers.”

The California theme park is just a few hours from the family’s Montecito home, where the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are raising their children after stepping back from their royal roles in 2020.
The adventure called back to Princess Diana bringing her sons, Prince William and Prince Harry, to Disney World in Florida in 1993, when they were young boys.
