   Umm, but the local cops have said, and|or been told, that they’re _not gonna protect them_? Which is part of the problem that things are getting so bad, so fast? This reporter is bordering on the moronic. It’s either that, or a lack of writing skills.

   Still, the point to stay off the streets is good.
