  2. Well that makes sense when they’re actually fighting a modern war against a peer military.

  3. What about the Ammo from North Korea, North Korea and North Korea?

  4. You all need to understand that mark rutte is a pathological liar who has run netherlands into the ground with his lying antics. We’re still fixing the problems he created. Such as getting kids back to their parents after they were taken from their families. Oh, and he mentioned on numerous occasions that he wasn’t interested in the Nato job. Well, look at pinocio now.

  5. Well they’ve got some pretty big losses to make up for, what with all the smoking accidents at munitions depots lately.

  6. That’s not worrying at all. It simply reflects the fact that Russia is at war and NATO isn’t.

  7. Good thing much of it goes snap crackle and pop when ukraine’s locates the dumps….big and small.

  8. Only because NATO refuses to supply long range bombers to Ukraine.

  9. What should happen or what s currently happening is that us/euro should help develop Ukrainian production.

After the war, those countries can buy back/ restock from the surplus production . Its going to take decades to restock

  10. I forget the term but isn’t his economy in like war mode or whatever it’s called. Why on earth would NATO spend as if they are at war?

  11. Country at war makes more ammunition than countries not at war, more at 11.

Country that relies heavily on artillery makes more artillery shells than countries who rely on air power, more at 11.

  12. I bet the quality of those shells and the accuracy of Russia’s reporting is “accurate” (sarcastically)

  13. Is the ammo that russia is making of good quality? It’s relatively easy to make something badly if you’re in a rush but to make it properly can take time.

  14. (Big) NATO nations have been increasing their production with sustainability and quality in mind.

Russia is cannibalizing their economy to max their ammo quantity ASAP. With the Saudis ramping up oil production, this is growing closer to the end of the USSR.

  15. I mean…they have to. NATO doesn’t need as much because they only use it on targets of military value.

It takes a lot more ammo to flatten cities and kill women, children, and old people.

  16. Yes, because

    A. They are on a general war footing

    B. They are sacrificing the entire rest of the economy to sustain it even short term

    C. Its almost politically impossible to change course and avoid the coming collision with reality

    D. NATO has huge unused capacity specifically there to guard against future need

    E. NATO currently faces no credible threats

    F. NATO isn’t an imperialistic organisation

Destroying yourself to inflate some number isn’t an achievement, its stupidity.

  17. My understanding is that Russia always had the ammo advantage, but they’re starting to run out of things to shoot the ammo with. Particularly artillery, where they’re burning through barrels far faster than they can manufacture replacements.

  18. They have no choice since Ukraine keeps blowing it all up.
