3. This is being reported as Chemtrail lunacy but the bills are more about prohibiting “geo-engineering” or “weather modification”, which in the past was conspiracy but in a future of climate catastrophe might be something people are tempted to try.

   I’d like a smart lawyer to see if any of these bills wording might also prohibit human caused climate change, because that is all about putting stuff into the atmosphere to “geo-engineer” a warmer planet.
