So I'm seeking a dormitory for my stay in Riga. I will be living there for one semester. Orientation Week: 25.08.2025 and Check-out: 25.01.2026, and I found this site https://coliving-residences.com/ . I want to find out is this not scum because an 800 euro deposit is a lot of money to spend. I just don't want to live in  Laimdotas Street dormitory because it looks pretty miserable and soviet like

    I don’t know about that company but check out the rental market at the link above. 450/month seems like a lot for a room in shared apartment. But if it’s fully furnished maybe worth it 🤷‍♂️
