Hello everyone, I ordered some sandals few weeks ago and it actually arrived in Switzerland in about 2 weeks but since arrival it has been stuck at customs without any updates. What am I supposed to do? Is it a waiting game? Or is it better for me to assume its been confiscated?

Your assuming it could‘ve been confiscated, can be assumed that you‘ve tried to import counterfeit items?
What kind of sandals did you try to import? And from where?
10-14 days at custom can definitely happen, especially if the export documentation was unclear and they have to do manual investigations on value/content.
I had my books, clearly labeled as books, stuck in custom for 10 days just recently. And that was a very simple case for them.
If it doesn’t move in a week I’d give them a call, they are normally very helpful by phone.
This is normal. Customs can take and does take long. You’ve got nothing to worry about
Klick on the “i” with the circle, in my case there stated that they needed the invoice for this device, the seller hasn’t wrote it correctly. You receive an envelope soon with login informations for your upload.
As Johny depp said one time. “You gotta respect the local customs”
Ask them, not reddit
