Gender quotas is sexist. Change my mind.
Have to agree with Franco Debono on this one.
As a side comment, both parties field at least 2 women on each district, as districts currently stand. Yet, for some reason, women do not seem to be voting for them.
I expect this quota thing to open up a whole can of worms. If we think the gender quotas are a good thing, should we stop there? Why not include others who do not identify as male or female? Ahouldn’t we also have representation based on religion? What about persons with disabilities? ……
