Would the US agree to a peace deal giving up that 1/3rd just stop the killing? And yes, I realize that is unrealistic but that is exactly what Trump and Hegseth are saying Ukraine needs to do..

    I was already committed to sharing my support through Ukraine based fundraising efforts rather than expecting my government with “different views” to properly fund what Congress agreed to provide (in which a lawfully abiding administration would have no avenues to withhold federal funding already allocated to a specific purpose).

    Where’s my right to claim fraud, inefficiency, and abuse for taxpayer money being ripped away from where I actually did want it to go?

  40. Can we shift the discussion from Ukraine cant X because Trump? We have known about the possibility of Trump cutting aid for YEARS. It has been a reality for over 7 months now since he has been elected. Europe is more than capable of supplying aid to defeat a tiny economy Russia with something like 1/10 the GDP of the Eurozone. European leaders have a huge grin on their face as all of you blame the USA and no one asks why Europe isn’t doing more to protect its own borders. Pressure them. Trump doesnt and isnt going to give a shit.

    Hegseth isn’t qualified to be the secretary of defense but he looks how Trump thinks secretary should look. Hegseth uses tough guy sound bites, he’s all talk and no one respects him but just because he sounds a certain way Trump loves him.

    Zelensky on the other hand is a good leader, he may be short or may not speak perfect but English but his people and folks all over the world respect him. Putin don’t fear Trump and his threats…but her certainly fears Zelensky. Being effective > that looking effective.
