On the night of June 11, 2025, the Russian Federation launched an attack on the Odessa region using strike drones. This aggression caused damage to civilian infrastructure in two districts – Izmail and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi, according to the Odessa Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
According to the investigation, the attack damaged summer houses, outbuildings, civilian watercraft, storage facilities, and vehicles.

The Izmail and Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district prosecutor’s offices of the Odessa region have initiated investigations into war crimes under Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
An air raid alert in the Odessa region was announced on June 11 at 1:44 AM. The Air Forces reported drones moving from the Black Sea waters toward Vylkove. The all-clear was given at 2:24 AM.
During the second air raid alert, which lasted from 4:15 to 4:47 AM, drones again moved toward the Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi district of Odessa region.
