Kiddy fiddlers are all out there now wondering how big a CP collection has to be before it becomes ‘thoroughly immodest’ and thereby worthy of jail. For science and out of idle curiosity, of course.
Yeah, he still should have gotten at least a year of jail time. CP shouldn’t be taken lightly. I get that his sentence shouldn’t be as high as other predetors who have and distribute thousands of CP images, but no sentence at all is very weak
If having a “big collection” is an aggravating factor, not having a big collection should be considered non-aggravating. Also, dude plead guilty of the charges.
