   Until now SK had clear edge in miltech, now NK is improving all around, their jets got upgrades, their previously notoriously unreliable and imprecise ballistic missiles got big upgrades through incorporating field experience, they are doing huge advanced in drones as Russia shares their own, I bet even their shells are better now as production bottlenecks and issues are being ironed out.
