1. Oh man walked by these guys coming home from school today. Are they scammers?

3. Why have this groups organisers not been arrested and charged with some sort of crime if what they are doing is illegal? If they’re not actually giving the money to veterans surely what they are doing is fraud or something

5. They were hanging around by Lord’s earlier trying to get money from people on their way to the test match.

   What can one do in a situation like this? Are they breaking the law? If so, is there a number you can text to report their location to the police?
