Why are coffee and caffeine two separate lines?
Aren’t theanine and l-theanine the same thing in this context? I don’t think you can buy racemic theanine.
Also, how do you supplement straight-up dopamine? Asking for a friend.
I thought adderall was not a nootrope as in it only has a nootropic effect for neurodivergent people and even there it is almost certainly a secondary effect of being able to focus.

Caffeine isn’t on the list because it’s no longer a nootropic, it’s basically a food group now.
