Hi. I got my passport today. Became a citizen recently.
The last page is torn off. It looks weird to me. Checking if it’s standard practice or something wrong with my passport.

  1. Nothing missing there, that’s just how they fixate the laminated first page. My (German) Passport looks the same.

  2. Got mine two months ago. It was the same on my passport as well. I think its normal.

  5. It’s supposed to be there. If you touch the material, you’ll notice it’s plastic rather than the cotton-based paper typically used in passport production

  6. Or could it just be the result of the bookbinding process when creating the document?

  7. Isn’t it just part of the first hard page with your personal info? That first “special” page needs to hava a litte bitt ekstra material so it can be bound with the rest of the “book”.

    Dømmer ikke såklart. Du har selvfølgelig lov å skrive på engelsk her tross alt, men ble bare nysgjerrig. Hvilket nivå har du i norsk?
