
We ordered some personal clothing items from an online retailer in Germany that has never been shipped to our home in Portugal. The retailer is unresponsive, responded to only one of many emails saying it would be shipped a while ago, but nothing has shipped.
According to this site (and another I found) – https://www.evz.de/en/shopping-internet/online-shopping/receiving-and-sending-parcels/delayed-delivery-and-parcel-loss.html – the retailer is obligated to refund if a deadline is given. Because the retailer is so unresponsive, I would like to cite the law, but have been unable to find it, maybe because it requires searching in German.
If anyone can help find the law, it would be very helpful.

Did you buy these items from a private seller or a company?
