"We have signed certain agreements that will guarantee this. On the German side, I want to say that we entered this year, we planned 4 billion euros of aid to Ukraine. In recent months, we have raised this assistance to 7 billion euros and we want to add another 1.9 billion euros, this has not yet been finalized," German Defense Minister Pistorius said.
He also noted that Berlin will participate in financing the production of long-range weapons for Ukraine, but is not considering the supply of Taurus cruise missiles.

  16. I think at this point it’s better to let Ukraine develop their own “Taurus” with German knowledge. Europe already stated they are in need of own long rang conventional striking systems. So this will benefit us all.

    Taurus was needed in the first two years. But now it won’t have any strategical impact what SCALP or Storm Shadow can’t do.
