If it is West of the Ural they’re gonna invade Europe, and if it is East of it they’re gonna attack Japan?
Looks like Russia cant have its armies at western borders. Because US and EU told so, ok.

Yelnya is 120km from the border with Belarus and 300km from the border with Ukraine. How far should Russian army be within their own country to not be considered too close to Ukraine?
