Marsden Grotto just south of South Shields and the river Tyne.
Looks like a cold and grey version of the 12 Apostles in Victoria Australia 🙂
Genuinely thought this was a still from Andor
The photographer is on the pub terrace of a historic, mostly underground pub called the Marsden Grotto which has its own lift from the clifftop to the beach
Love the show, don’t remember that scene. Maybe I fell asleep.
Marsden Rock.
a beach
That’s the travelodge in bkackpool
Casterly rock.
Is that the bird lady from Home Alone 2?
I’m surprised this is real. I need to go here when I go to England
That’s Marsden Grotto, near South Shields in the Northeast of England
Marsden rock on marsden beach photographed from the front of the pub Marsden Grotto
It’s the Patio of Marsden Grotto. It’s a pub / restaurant/ hotel in my home town of South Shields. Definitely part of and not south of South Shields. It has a lot of history and has a beautiful inside built into the caves in the cliffs of Marsden Bay. I highly recommend everyone come visit us. Fantastic place and even better people.
Marsden grotto I live a mile away
Why are they shaped like that? That doesn’t look like standard erosion, even wind and general exposure wouldn’t cause that.
