That’s not quite what the MOD are saying in the Tweet the article links to. The report is they are retaking some terrain, not the whole north as the headline implies but looking at the latest map it does seem fairly significant for now.

I wonder if Ukrainian military would ever counter invade into Russian territory, to draw forces away from the Donbas region..
