You’re gonna wanna stick those in air fryer, or the pan with the lid on, medium heat, then lid off for a bit, they’ll be good as new
That’s the perfect amount of mayo for late night cheesy chips.
Spread them out a bit and stick them in the oven or air frier. Should be banging.

Foil on baking tray. Lift cheesy layer and place on foil. Scatter remaining chips on top to protect the cheese and mayo from burning.
180c for 15 minutes. Job done.
I’d have eaten them last night, even with the garlic bukkake but I don’t get on so well with reheated/cold chips. Now cold pizza I can eat just fine.

Those chips are probably going to be terrible now, but the sauce will have to do the heavy lifting.
Heat them in the oven (not microwave) and they will be great.
Take them out of the carton first of course. Even better if you take the sauce off into something separate you could crisp most of them up and then throw the sauce back on.

Cheese layer off, in the air fryer of a few minutes on high, cheese layer back on and back in for 1 or 2 mins just to re melt and good as new
I’d just eat it with a knife and fork as one congealed block. If you’re feeling fancy you could slice it and put it on a fancy malted bloomer

I’d just turn it over onto a plate & stick it in the oven for 3-5 minutes.
You can either have cold chips or warm sauce – at least putting the sauce closer to the plate will heat it slightly less than the chips. You also want crispy to soggy in the same ratio.

If they didnt have cheese on you would probably get away with chucking them back in the oven. Have done that with chippy shop chips before

I think this settles the debate. You ordered cheesy chips, but now you have cheese on chips.
Few afternoon cyders, quick microwaving to get the cheese melted again. Normally needs extra cheese. For proper class a snotty fried egg or two on top. To be eaten with the original wooden fork if possible.

If it didn’t have that sauce I would have at least attempted the air fryer for a bit. If you like gravy with chips, now’s the time to mix up some quick Best granules. Otherwise a few of those will be dry as fuck.
Id scrape the garlic sauce off and put that to one side, then id remove the cheese layer and put that to one side. Then I’d airframe the chips first for a while, but not too long. Id then add the cheese back on top and finish over another couple of minutes, and then serve up with the garlic sauce dripped over.
A minute in the nuke.
Add some onions & pepper, and mash them into sort of bubble & squeak style patties. Cook the patties in the oven (or air fryer).
